When will you send my order?
Mallorca Delights will send your order a.s.a.p. after your payment is received.. You will receive an email when your order is ready for shipment and on the way with DHL express, there is a track and trace so you can check where your order is. On the delivery day you will receive an estimated time for the delivery. On average it takes 5 working days for your order to be delivered at your door anywhere in Europe or the U.K. All orders placed in a weekend will be shipped on Monday ( if Monday is a bank holiday it will be Tuesday).
Is shipment included in the price?
No, shipment depends on the location you want your order to be delivered. Mallorca Delights charges the flat rate DHL charges for shipments:

Online payment by credit card
For all customers who want to pay fast and easy, we offer online payment by credit card and debit card(VISA and Mastercard). After completing the order, you will be directed to a secure server of our bank (more precisely the Spanish savings and giro association “CECA”), which is protected by SSL encryption. Please enter your credit card details there. When payment has been made, you will receive a reference number for the transaction. There are no additional costs for you by paying by credit card! Your data is only temporarily stored at our bank for the payment process and is only ever transmitted in encrypted form, ie protected from unauthorized access by third parties.
Online payment via PayPal
We offer this online payment service for all customers who want to pay quickly and easily and who have a PayPal account. After completing the order, you will be directed to the PayPal homepage, where you will have to log in with your user name and password. Then you can authorize the payment. We do not save your PayPal login details and we never want to know your PayPal login details.
In the case of a bank transfer, the order will be considered completed and will be confirmed by e–mail when we receive the transfer in the bank account of Hayes Charters S.L. IBAN: ES55 0019 0137 1040 1000 4851 BIC: DEUTES BB The Client must send the proof of payment to the email email@example.com and the order will be sent after receiving the payment on working days from 24h to 72h. If we have not receive the transfer within 5 business days, we will understand that the Client has no interest in contracting, and it will be canceled without prior notice.

To perfect the Contract between the parties it will be necessary to accept payment of the same. The means of payment accepted by Mallorca Delights are VISA or MASTERCARD credit cards, debit cards PayPal and bank transfer. To guarantee the security of the transaction, Mallorca Delights has the maximum security measures commercially available in the sector, those provided by the financial institution that provides the Virtual POS. The payment will be charged upon contracting the service. In case of denial of payment by the bank, Mallorca Delights may terminate the contractual relationship and suspend the execution of the order, notifying the Client.
