Made with grapes of the Tempranillo, Callet, Mantación Negré, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah varieties, it ferments in stainless steel tanks, later passing into French and American oak barrels, where it is 9 months.

After this process we obtain a wine of ripe cherry color, which has a powerful aroma on the nose, with notes of wild berries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and hints of cocoa and toasts.

In the mouth it has a balanced acidity, with a long flavor, which makes it an ideal wine to accompany red meats, stews and cured cheeses.

CULTIVATION: Ecological, with applications of some biodynamic techniques.

VINIFICATION: Maceration and fermentation lasted between 11 and 18 days, depending on the variety, at 27ºC in stainless steel tanks. Once the wine is bled, the most suitable blend is made and then the aging takes place.

AGING: 6 months in 225L American and French oak barrels, until the desired fineness is achieved.

TASTING NOTES: Ripe cherry color, powerful aroma of wild fruits with spicy touches (cocoa, red pepper, etc.) and notes of toast from the barrel.

Broad on the palate, balanced and with a softening astringency. It will stay in top condition for the first five years of bottling.

It should be consumed between 16º and 18ºC, preferably accompanied by consistent meals.
