Son Vich Supernins 2018

Tribute to the Supernins. Wine growers, farmers, margers, olive growers, ranchers and charcoal makers who inhabited the Superna Valley for centuries. It is the result of ancestral work and the search for balance and depth. "Ses Terrases" is located 400 meters above sea level. It is the highest altitude Black Mantis on the island and therefore in the world. For this reason we work to get a fresh grape, intense in color and aroma. It is vinified for 45 days with its skins, without interventions, later it is pressed. It remains on its lees until the day before bottling. Slightly filtered.

Tasting note

Intense cherry color. Jam of red and black fruits, spices and minerals. Very pleasant, voluminous and velvety attack. The balance and depth of the Mantonegro grown at altitude stand out.

Harmonize any meat, even blue fish and the traditional gastronomy of the Tramuntana. Optimum consumption temperature 17 - 18º
